Bilstein B12 Pro-Kit suspension kit for the BMW / Chevrolet and more — a matched damper and spring package that lowers the car on rates developed together, rather than pairing a random spring with a standard damper.

Bilstein has built monotube dampers in Ennepetal since the 1950s, and the gas-pressure principle is what keeps the oil from foaming when a rough road works the damper hard.
